Tickets on sale now for Food Truck Festival slated for April 25

Tickets are now on sale for the Annual Full Moon Food Truck Festival coming to the Matagorda County Birding Nature Center on Friday, April 25 from 6-10 p.m.

From sweet to savory to the oh-so-spicy, the festival will feature food trucks ready to wow foodies with their mouthwatering specialties.

But what’s dinner without a little music? The ever-popular band, Emotions, will perform as well as Anthony Smith.

This year's festival will include a bounce house and other fun activities to entertain the youngsters (children 12 and under are admitted free), including a Nature Scavenger Hunt beginning at 6:30 p.m. Kids also will get a chance to look through a telescope and learn about the planets and stars visible in the night sky.

Advance tickets can be purchased for $5 until Thursday, April 24 at Green Bros. Jewelry, 2121 Ave. G in downtown Bay City. Tickets at the gate are $7.
